 Countryside meeting cancelled by Keith
 Discussed budgeting/bidding procedures for next year
 Disatisfied with current performance of Conutryside
  Missed meeting/calls with Beth
  Tree in open space shabby
  Mowing is a spotty and not as regular as perevious years
  What did we pay $5K for pond work
  Pond Management per NCCo - what has/has not been done is unknown

  Started bidding process
   Prices 2K to 15K (5K to 15k)
  Bylaws
   Qourum is 25% of homes for fundin approval
   Funding options
    special assesment, go to community to spend existing funds agreed to try to use existing funds
