Once costs come down to the point where tourists are able to go into Earth orbit, all it will take to send them on a loop-the-Moon side excursion is to refuel the craft that brought them up from Earth and provision it with a week's supplies. You, yes you, may be able to skim across the crater pocked terrain of the farside of the Moon before the next human sets foot on the surface - a more difficult and expensive feat.
