PIC meeting

Rhonda,
Sorry for the late reply. Been swamped with my dissertation. I would be very happy to go to the PIC meeting. Have I missed it? Let me know when the next one is. THANKS! You're the best...

PIC

Thank you, Jessica! PIC meetings are usually the 3rd Thursday of each month. Let me know if you want to go to the October meeting, and I'll get Herb to put our issue on the agenda.
One exception

I agree with all of this (I work at home, and the noise alone is rediculous), with ONE exception I just want to mention...
Local Deliveries (There are a few businesses which may be receiving via a Semi) and of course Move-ins. I just recently moved in to W St Catherine from out of town, and my stuff came on a moving company semi-trailer.
As long as we ensure they wouldn't be violating any rule, then I wholehartedly agree.

Absolutely!

Richard is absolutely correct that we, of course, would have to allow needed truck traffic on our streets. However, ridding Saint Catherine and other streets in our historic districts of cut-through semi trailer truck traffic would be a real quality of life issue for us. Just imagine the benefits to our residential neighborhood with decreased levels of noise, lessened shaking of our homes, and increased safety to pedestrians!
