After much discussion with municipal law enforcement, there is recourse for homeowners who are experiencing having vehicles, other than their own, parked on their property. I have received information that any homeowner who is experiencing this property parking violation can request a tow operator to come to their residence and tow the violating vehicle away. The homeowner does not have to pay a towing fee. The vehicle's owner must pay the fee to recover their auto.
