Thanks to all for coming to our second assoc mtg this year. There was 17 of us in all.
There have been few disagreements neighbor to neighbor, presidentcy to landscaping committee, and activities committee to association. Now we know that we're one big happy family :). And like all families, we work out our differences to everyone's benefit.
I've seen many neighbors in the streets talking to one another. This meeting has really got Vermilion talking. It's so nice to see a spark of passion in everyone. Complacency has ruled Vermilion for too long!
This is my first year serving as President. I appreciate your patience. There is so much to learn.
2491 Alston Dr. was chosen in the ''Sorry Charlie'' drawing. They were not present to receive their prize. A ''Sorry Charlie'' flyer will be placed in their mailbox to inform them of their loss and encourage them to attend future meetings. It would be nice to see new faces and grow attendance.
Don't forget we need a volunteer to fill the Treasury position.
