I am somewhat concerned by the number of people of people parking cars, trailers, boats, etc in their yard. I think this is in violation of of POA covenants. Am I wrong to think this?

Yes
Yes, as long as the items are parked in the owners yard, and the items are not an eyesore, then what concern of it is yours? I strongly believe this rule should be changed. I personally own a boat, seadoo, 2 newer model cars, and if i want to keep them at my residence, then i should be allowed to as long as they're in my yard. |

disagree
I disagree....the covenant is there to keep the area looking nice, not like a used car lot with boats, seadoos etc, 4wheelers, etc etc By racer |
