yes the increase is said to be ''ONLY'' one dollar per household however we have 1600 homes in westpoint, this gives the HOA an extra $1600.00 a month to work with, this is $19,200 a year, the cost of a mid-sized car. again i pose the question of what our 19,200$ is getting us?
