Section 10-172 (f)..prohibits the storing of rollout containers in front of a home or in front of the building line closest to the street. There's a $25.00 penalty associated with this violation after notification of the violation. Section 10-99. addresses rollout containers at the curb. It prohibits containers at curb earlier than the day before the collection day and requires removal of the container after collection services are provided by midnight on the day of collection. There's a $50.00 penalty associated with this type of violation.
