Greetings everyone and Happy Spring. I wanted to make you aware of our due date for dues in 2008.In our last meeting held March 1st. We the homeowners agreed with a set month to collect all dues for the year to April 30,2008. Any dues not paid by this date will accrue a late charge fee. The dues are $225.00 Annually. You may pay in advance.

We also wanted to know if any homeowners were interested in using our landscaping company for their personal use. If so please contact one of the board members for info. We are trying to get a satisfying bulk rate of at least fifteen homes.
