Madison Villa Estates...Rhode Island Drive, Sacramento...WHO is running this place?? Property Management was EAS, then Real Manage, and now???
Also...how is it possible that the regional property manager for EAS, Real Manage, and the new company...the SAME individual? Does he get "traded" to each new business? Is he "glued" to this property?
I apologize, but I need answers!! Something fishy in this neighborhood...for too many years.
