LBPD Needs Your Fax Number to Help Security Effort

The Long Beach Police Department is asking that MIG area business and property owners send in their fax numbers to enhance a security effort under way.
Sergeant Marcia Rhone, the LBPD?’s liaison to the area, is heading the West Division Community Policing Alert System, which sends out security emergencies and advisories via a broadcast fax machine.
In order to make the system work, the LBPD needs the fax numbers of as many businesses as possible in the area.
The Magnolia Industrial Group Inc. Board of Directors encourages all MIG area business and property owners to send their fax number to 570-3460 for inclusion in this program.
