Car Burglaries on Norwich

By now you have already heard that there has been a recent string of car break-ins in the neighborhood. Neighbors who have been affected by the recent break-ins, or have information to contribute to the ongoing investigation, are asked to contact the LAPD Van Nuys division to help solve these crimes.

Many thanks to Norwich resident Kenny Brock for taking the lead on the investigation. Kenny spoke with Detective Spilz, who advises all neighbors whose cars have been burglarized to file an incident report.
