Th city of columbus has blocked the sewer at Garden and Wetmore. Streets flooded, gutters over flowed because the streets was already full of water. Neighbor went to remove the yellow tube and found they were nailed to the curb. Called the city and they passed the buck. The last number I called I had to leave a message. has anyone else had this problem?.
