Majestic Hills Community Association Newsletter

Mar 31, 2003

With Spring right around the corner, what a wonderful time to consider beautifying the entrance to our community. Your Majestic Hills Board of Directors has been working on several exciting beautification ideas for your consideration. Stay tuned for more details coming soon!

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

Homeowners must remember to submit plans for any improvements to the outside of their home and/ or lot PRIOR to commencing any projects. Any improvements made without the approval of the Architectural Review Committee will still need to submit plans and receive approval. Please note that the ARC Committee has just done an inspection of the community and those projects that were done without previous approval. Letters will very shortly be going out to those homeowners who have installed items without prior approval requesting their plans for approval and file.

15 MPH SIGNS COMING SOON
Look for two additional 15 mph signs coming to your neighborhood. In an effort to remind homeowners and visitors to slow down while driving through the streets in Crescendo and Riviera, the Board has approved the installation of two new speed limit signs.

Do you know?…the code?
