Please note that the 2009 Annual Dues will be due by May 31, 2009. The approved amount for 2009 is $185.00. Each home owner is responsible for mailing their dues in on time. Notices will be going out in advance of the due date for your convenience. Please make your checks out to Mallard Pointe Maintenance Corp.
