I am having some problems with the website. The ordering of discussion groups is not at all the way I would like it. Having Spanish and English versions of each topic together would be so much better.
Notification system does not really work very well. I have to search the whole website to find responses and new discussions (which is not a big deal now while it is small, but later, it will be a very big problem). To ensure that all issues get addressed promptly, I have to be aware of the situation and this website does not really help us as a community get together.
I am looking for a new website which will allow us to coordinate and collectively act. Now, someone outside of our neighborhood is in control of everything. We need to have local administration and management of this board. Although I am doing it now, I am totally okay with democratically electing someone to perform this function in the future.
My goal is to set up a neighborhood group that works together to address issues. I hope to have another site set up later this week and I will transfer all the information to that site.
