Manhattan Plaza Tenants Association

“Lift” Update

Apr 16, 2001

Good News & Thank You

In a letter dated February 6, 2001 Bruce Harrison stated that the "project will be sent out for bid within the month."
It's been a two year battle, but it now means that MP Management has finally agreed to what the MPTA has always believed was a mandatory aid for
the disabled, seniors, mothers with strollers, Townhouse residents with groceries or laundry or anyone having trouble with stairs.
It will now be possible for EVERYONE to go to or from the 9th Avenue building and the "Terrace" [also known as the "Plaza"].
The MPTA thanks Mr. Harrison and MP Management.
