Manhattan Plaza Tenants Association

I have noticed a degree of vandalism on my floor -- food and litter thrown on carpet, damage to walls, fire instructions torn off bulletin board, smudged hall window, etc. I understand this is a problem elsewhere. Anyone else care to share their thoughts, etc? I have no idea who is doing this, but I have called maintenance on two occasions to let them know about it.
