Mansion Farm

Hello,

I have read the deed restrictions for Mansion Farms but we are still confused about the policy on fences.  Can the split rail be another material other than wood and can we fence in our entire back/side yard?

The restrictions for the type of fence (Wood Split Rail) are the same for both Single Family / Townhomes. If you live in a single family home, you can fence in your entire back yard, but if you live in a townhouse you can not. If you do live in a townhouse, it would be best to let the board know which house you live in. We can then help you determine how the fence can be installed. Not all lots allow for the fence to be installed the same. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Since when can we use white plastic fence. i thought it was always a wooden split rail fence. If we would have known that we would have gone with the plastic since it would last longer than the wood. Is that in the deed restrictions?
