I read some discussions regarding late payments for HOA fees recently. May I suggest Mansion Farms to set up an electronic transfer account, so we can schedule reoccuring payments once a year, much easier to remember and convenient.

Why not just set up an automatic payment from your bank's online bill pay account to Mansion Farm?
