Can anyone explain why we have a rule that you cannot rent out a townhouse but you can rent a single family property. We are all one community. Maybe this rule should be changed to prevent rentals of any property in Mansion Farm. I hope the board puts this issue on the next agenda and vote. I think this rule should be uniform.
