A while back I saw some information about refinishing the parking pads near the townhomes using community funds. I don't know if this has been done or the idea was shot down, but, incase it is still being discussed, I feel the express my iritation with this. These parking pads are not supposed to be used by permanent residents. They are for visitors. Good luck with your visitors ever being able to use them because those that live next to them use them as their personal driveways. Unless there is a plan to ensure residents are not doing this, then this is a terrible idea. I do not want my money paying to refinish someone's "personal" parking spot. Even more interesting is the state police officer that parks both the patrol car and a personal vehicle on one of the pads (I could be wrong about the owner).
