Mansion Farm

Why is it that single family homes can have sheds and town homes cannot?  Perhaps one would say it is not attractive to the community to have a row of out buildings that close together.  This is a terrible argument since my town home backs up to single family homes that have sheds, basically putting them in my backyard.  No to mention miscellaneous items stored behind them plainly visisble for us to see.

This is also a deed restriction put in place by the builder. This would also require a 2/3 vote by the community to change.
