Mansion Farm

Mike when will the signs that have fallen down be replaced. One is in the townhouse area,one on mansion Dr and one on Greenbrier. I guess they just rotted since they are old.It looks pretty bad.

Hi. The signs were broken in half by someone. The one on Dynasty was kicked in half a couple weeks ago. Right now we are not replacing the signs. The board debated if we needed a sign in some many locations. We have talked about replacing the one on Mansion Farm drive and turning towards the street so it can be seen. If we do this, they will not be made of wood this time. Do you support having that many signs? Just looking for feedback to bring to the board.

Your right we don't need all those signs. We don't need the one on megan across from the pond and you don't need the one on greenbrier. Maybe the one on mansion Dr & one on Dyasty is all you need. You have to wonder why someone is breaking them. Too much time on their hands.
