Who hired this crew? Poor job so far! Park on Greenbrier is in bad shape was it fertilized?

They left an empty gatorade bottle in my yard (I watched the guy drink it and then just leave it next to a tree).  

Should of Hired "Greenline Landscaping"

 

Pretty sad the owner didnt even get a phone call back because he was willing to work with his prices .
