Aren't we, the community, supposed to receive written notice 10 days in advance of any meeting?  To date, I have not received written notice or the newsletter.  And, I don't believe the 2 signs constitute written notice.  Also, will there be an election for a new Board member as I understand a recently elected member has resigned?
