Could the board please tell us why the rest of Mansion Farm residents should pay to repair parking pads that are used exclusively by residents of the townhouses? After listening to townhouse owners complain last night it is clear that the townhouses should have a seperate maintenence org. they get way more benefits then the rest of the community. |

I agree 100% that the townhouses should have a separate maintenance corp. I live in phase one where the MFMC spends no money. I have paid my dues for 14 years and got nothing in return. If they decide to spend money on the townhouse parking pads it will be the last straw as far as my paying any more dues. |
