Regarding the upcoming vote on solar panels. Just wanted to suggest two solar panels amendment votes. One for single family homes and one for townhouses. I would vote yes for single family homes, however, no for townhouses. With townhouses you are sharing a roof with two to four owners. The possibility of roof damage or leakage that could potentially happen from the solar panel and possibly impact the neighbors roof is a real concern to me. Also having sporadic panels on the continuous roof surface for a two or four home unit would not be aesthetically appealing to me. Just a thought I wanted to raise. If its just one vote as is I would have to vote no.
