Mansion Farm

Isn't it time the residents of this development cleared the sidewalks? I taught my kids to use the sidewalks but everyday they come home with wet feet because the sidewalks are not clear. There is a county ordinance about clearing the snow. Can the MFMC do anything about this problem?
