Why should the rest of the community pay to repair or replace Parking Pads that are exclusively used by residents of the town houses. I have lived here for 13 years and paid my dues on time. As a phase one resident we get nothing but snow plowing.
The parking pads are not mentioned in any of the early settlers paper work. That said they are placed in areas where there is plenty of open parking spaces. Just look at all the parking spots on mystic by the open space
ditto for dynasty.
Why can't they just be removed or let the townhouse residents pay for the repairs as they use them.
If you spend money on them I hope all residents of single family just stop paying dues.
