This is incorrect! There is an on/off lever on the "electric" box leading to the solar panels. Turning it off stops the flow of solar energy to the house. |

Better double check on this. Per article of July 10, 2009 in the Wilmington News Journal, this law does not apply retroactively. Deed restrictions in place before 2009 in existing subdivisions are still enforceable. Must be voted on and approved by two-thirds vote of property owners. |
