I wasn't referring to anyone, but more on the procedures and consequences.  I am an absent member of these meetings so it's hard to complain and / or point out fault.  I know what I would like to do, which is a deed restriction, but have basically given up hope.  I do not think that 2/3 response will ever be reached - People's is running with the vinyl fencing and solar panels by sending out mail and following up, and they still haven't rec;d the necessary amount.  Solar panels have federal laws around them as well and I'm no lawyer, so, I do not know what takes precedence - Federal law or local deed restrictions.
