Kindly review our by-laws as posted on this website under pages and documents in section #3. " meeting of the members".  It states that written notification is required for the annual meeting,first monday in February 10 days in advance.  The september meeting is an update for the community.  It is a meeting that the board established years ago so the members did not have to wait a year for updates.

Yes, written notification is only required for the February meeting. However, this written notification is not required to be mailed to each member. The written notification on the Community Information Board on Mansion Farm Dr and the additional sign on Robert Peoples qualify as tangible written notice.
