If you wish to receive newsletters and/or bills via email, please fill out the Consent form located on the home page under documents. This is an easy way to save the community a little money. We do need back signed Consents with signatures from all the homeowner(s). You can mail it into our PO Box 1432, Bear, DE 19701 or drop it off to me/my mail box at 125 Duke Dr. (our mailbox is actually on Megan). Feel free to ring the door bell!
