Mansion Farm

Jean maybe you can ride through Mansion farm #1 & see a camper sitting in the street & about 3 boats. If we have changed the deed restrictions are we allowed white fencing?

I'm pretty sure it takes a little less than act of Congress to change the deed restrctions, so I think it's safe to assume they haven't changed. 

Our neighbor udmal is correct,the Deed Restrictions have not changed.  White fences are only allowed around pools if you also have a split rail fence around the outside of the yard.  The County takes precedence with regard to pool enclosures.
