Now we have added a large r.v. to our neighborhood. Along with the boats it just looks like anything goes here. What is the procedure when people just do what they want to?

Please send the address of where the violation is occuring to Jean at jafancy97@icloud.com. She has to go out and check the violation and then sends a letter regarding the violation. Jean is the Deed Restrictions coordinator and handles sending all violation letters.

i guess it would be easier if jean could just drive over to mansion farm #1 to actually see the violations & get their addresses. i don't think that is my job. |

On the contrary. I need to have violations reported to me by those residents actually observing them. At the time I drive through the neighborhood the vehicle(s) in question may not be present. It is the "job" of all residents to help mainain the integrity of Mansion Farm.
