Mansion Farm

I am interested in installing solar panels but I being told they were never approved and are still restricted....why then are there 8 homes with solar panels on there roofs??? Can we the development really afford to have those homes remove the panels????

As far as fencing goes, there sre so many products out that are beautiful and require little to no maintenance.  I saw fencing at home depot, it is split rail made of compost decking brown in color and has the  grainy look of wood.  Hope to get some feed back....and go...

As you have already been informed, Solar Panels and White Vinyl Fencing are NOT approved. White vinyl fencing may be approved surrounding a pool but, subject to NCC Regulations. The natural wood split rail fencing must remain on the property perimeter. Once NCC approved pool fencing plans and a copy of your survey are submitted to the MFMC Board they will be reviewed for approval. Solar Panels are NOT approved. All Solar energy providers who service Delaware have been notified that the Delaware Regulations regarding solar installation do not apply to communities with Deed Restrictions created in 1997. They continue to attempt to fraudulently market in Mansion Farm and are subject to legal action for doing so.
