Will a community newsletter be distributed soon?

We are planning to send out a Newsletter in December. Board Meeting notes/minutes are not posted as they contain confidential information.

There are Board Meeting notes posted under the 'Pages & Links' section from previous months this year plus prior years under a different section.  ??
