Anyone know the expected completion date for the roadwork at the entrance?

To up date you, at the community meeting DelDot informed us that they are 150 days delayed in February 2017.  Expected completion is December 2017.  However, for a period of time you will not be able to turn west and then again for a period of time yu will not be able to turn east.
