To the members of the board,

I'm just wondering if there is a proposed date for our Fall community meeting that someone can share with us? Also, if there is or if you're still working on it, are you looking to/planning on having someone from Deldot to attend so as to be available to address the many questions that I'm sure are out there regarding everyone's favorite road project?

If so, I hope that the meeting agenda will allow for more than just 5 minutes to discuss things. Heck, even if Rep. Jacques attends and tries to address this issue, I think we'll need more than 5 mintues and I can only assume that he won't like what he hears given that he originally was a staunch proponent of this project and has routinely sided with Deldot in the conversations that I've had with him.

Just give Rich Palmer a call at 540-4256. He is in charge of the project and he has all the time lines. 

I've talked to him via email many times. I've found him to be only slightly more helpful than Robert King, who is Deldot's (so called) Community Relations Officer. But thanks for the reply.

Do we have a prospective date for our Fall meeting?

Our Fall Community Meeting date is posted on the Calendar. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 23rd @7pm, Troop 2. We will be sending out invitations to Richard Palmer, Nicole Poore and Earl Jacques
