Are retractable awnings now allowed on the rear of Town Houses? 

The Deed Restrictions for Phase III (Town Homes and Twins) are a supplement to the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Phase I and Phase II. Article I, section 20 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions requires review and approval of any plans for intended Improvements or Changes to the exterior of the residence and property. If you would like to install a retractable awning please submit the plans to our Deed Restrictions Director Maureen McCaffery for review by the Board of Directors. This can be done by email which can then be quickly shared wih the Board.
