Maybe the board can drive around the neighborhood once a month to see all the voilations. Now there are kiddie pools with no fence around it. 

We do not seek out voilations.  We do not spy on neighbors.  If you want to join the board and drive around...be our guest.  If we get a specific complaint, we will look into it and try to correct it.  Read the deed restrictions...kiddie pools are allowed. A fence is not required around a kiddie pool. 

Everyday the rule changes here. Just a couple of yrs back my neighbor had a kiddie pool with no fence around it & they were told to take it down that it was in violation. They did take it down. So when did the rule change on kiddie pools?

Isn't there a person in charge of deed restrictions? What is the use in having a deed restriction neighborhood if they aren't enforced. & to be enforced yes you have to ride around & as you call it spy. You might as well take your deed restricted sign down on your new mansion Farm sign. Put up a new one that will say do what you want here. Anything goes! If your interested in property values don't move in. 

As you seem to be an expert, maybe you could join the Board and help us?  We are always looking for new ideas and new inputs.  Are you willing to help?
