We had our September Board meeting last night.  There are 60 residents that have not paid dues for 2021 yet.  They owe approx. $10,000.  We will be taking 10 residents to court to force payment.  With some luck, if we get everyone to pay up, we can install the Pond Hawk system this year.  If not, maybe in the spring.
