Can anyone from the board tell me why there is a car counter on mansion dr?

No idea...you would have to ask DelDot.  Maybe for a 4 way stop sign at Duke.  I know Sen. Poore was looking into this past February.

Back to Back 4 way stop signs is the last thing this development needs.    Not to mention another stop sign 25 feet away into the new neighborhood.  These politicians are the new traffic police rather than working on real issues in Delaware!    What a joke! 

We don't need any speed bumps either. I think this is de dots idea. I could be wrong too.
