The fencing around the large Megan pond & the small Megan pond are rotted & falling down. it does look terrible. That wood fencing is not meant to last forever. Maybe we can bring up a vote again to change the fencing here.

There is a large tree limb that came down from the woods on brittany. Who is responsible for getting rid of this? It is pretty large.

Can you please give me an address? Thank you.

I agree with the fencing.  My fencing will need to be replaced within the next year or so and I really like the vinal/composite split rails.  They will never rot and look really nice.  You can even match your trim or siding.  Getting 2/3 of the community to vote is almost impossible. It is a losing situation.  Why can't it be added to the mailer and make people vote that way?   If you don't respond your vote doesn't count.  The responses should be 2/3 counted.  The wood is outdated, unattractive, rots and attracts carpenter bees.  As long as we keep the split rail look, it should be optional.

Unfortunately, we didn't create the deed restrictions. They were created by the builder and must be upheld by the MFMC. There is no way to change the 2/3 votes unless we put it to a vote.

We will be sending out a newsletter and fencing is one of the items that we will be voting on. We are also looking at other ways to vote and communicate with the residents.
