I received word this morning that a neighbor was shot at while walking his dog at 4:30 am today (06/24/08) at 16th and Roosevelt.
"Dan was walking the dog this morning and at around 4:30am he was
shot at. It happened at the corner of 16th street and Roosevelt. It
was just a pellet gun but that is beside the point. The car then
turned off it's lights and speed down Roosevelt heading South and
turned West on 19th street. He called the police and filled a report.
The car was an older black Chevy S10 SUV in pretty rough shape. We
just want everyone to be on the look out. I'm sure they were
teenagers but still this is not something we want around."
Lets all keep an eye out for this vehicle and these people we DON'T want in our neighborhood.
