There have been in the neighborhood of 15 home break-ins in NE Fort Wayne.
Two of those were in Maplewood Community Association. (Sunland and Midfield - their back yards adjoin)
- A male person in his 30's appears to enter through unlocked doors and might be gaining entrance from the easement at the back of properties.
- Please remember to lock your homes and cars.
- Try not to leave garage door openers in cars in the driveway.
- If you live in a location with insufficient lighting, light your porch/patio light as a deterrent.
- Watch out for your neighbors and, as always, report suspicious activities to police.
