As of March 12, 2012, the required majority of votes (per section) have been collected as set forth in the original covenants adopting the Amended Covenants to all the real estate parcels.
As a result, the Board has contacted the attorney on your behalf to commence with the legal filing process with the Allen County Recorder’s office. Once this process is complete, the Amended Covenants can be accessed through the Recorder’s office and the Association’s website for your reference. May 24th is the Association’s Spring General Meeting; the floor will be opened to owners/tenants to ask any questions or you may utilize the website at anytime to forward your questions.
