Seems like in the last year there has been quite a few trailers in front of houses on the road. I thoutht this was not to be done. Since the one on Webster and Hindsdale was allowed to stay now there are many more. Can't we do something about this?

CWCA takes action
Thank you for your interest and sorry to take so long to get back to you. Something is being done. Shortly after your email CWCA did a full neighborhood survey of all covenant violations. As of this date over 120 warning letters were sent out. In addition we have changed the old paper and pencil system to a PC based reporting and tracking system. Now the bad news, CWCA has been faced with a major loss of both officers and board members. We have had to try to do more with less and can use all the help we can get.
