Most recently the CWCA has been hearing about and being asked questions pertaining to raising chickens in the Columbine West community. Back in March 2013, Jefferson County passed a resolution to allow chickens within unincorporated area. But, what CWCA residents do not understand is that the covenants that run with your property supersedes the county resolution.
